THE PROCESS:

This evaluation helps determine the tokenization strategy and the number of tokens to be issued for the project.
  • Token Creation: Once a project is selected and evaluated, we create a predetermined number of tokens that represent fractional ownership in the property. For example, if a property is tokenized into 10 million tokens, each token represents a small fraction of ownership in the project.
  • Smart Contract Implementation: We utilize smart contract technology, typically built on a blockchain platform like Ethereum, to facilitate the issuance and management of tokens. Smart contracts are self-executing contracts with predefined rules and conditions that automatically execute transactions when specific criteria are met. These contracts ensure transparency, security, and accuracy throughout the tokenization process.
  • Investor Participation: Investors can participate in the tokenization of a project by purchasing the tokens on our platform. The tokens can be acquired using various payment methods, including cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies, depending on the platform's capabilities.
  • Ownership and Rights: By owning tokens, investors gain proportional ownership rights and benefits associated with the underlying property. These rights can include a share in rental income, potential capital appreciation, and voting rights on certain property-related decisions.

TOKENOMICS

Token Supply: The total token supply for the property project will be set at 10 million tokens. Each token represents a fractional ownership stake in the underlying property asset.

  • Public Sale: A portion of the tokens, 50 allocated for a public sale. This allows individuals and institutions to participate in the property project by purchasing tokens directly from the platform.
  • Reserved Tokens: A portion of the tokens 15%, for strategic partnerships, advisors, team members and other stakeholders involved in the project. These reserved tokens will be distributed accordingly based on agreements or vesting schedules.
  • Company Holdings: Another 10% portion of the tokens will be held by the company itself. These tokens will be used for various purposes, including future development, ecosystem growth, or additional investments.
  • Liquidity Pool: To provide liquidity and facilitate trading, 15% of tokens will be allocated to a liquidity pool. This pool will be used to support the token's trading volume and ensure a liquid market for investors.
  • Rewards and Incentives: 10% of tokens, reserved for rewards and incentives programs. These tokens will be distributed as rewards to users who actively participate in the platform, refer new investors, or contribute to the project's success.
